We only use the very best materials when preparing your floors. From hardboard to 6mm ply, from self leveling compounds to patch repair products, we only use branded products that have been tested and approved by our experienced installers. You might not be able to show these products off when your new floor has been laid, but trust us, you'll thank us in years to come!

Sure, we're great at laying floors, but what about the bits you don't see? We come across so many issues with existing floors that haven't performed well over the years and it's usually down to bad preparation. No matter what's required, we can get your sub floor fixed and ready for your beautiful new floor.
Methods
Sub floors will tend to be either screeded or wooden, but is it that simple? Some screeded floors are cement based and some are gypsum based and it's important that this is correctly identified before we proceed. Once this is identified, we will proceed to lay a finishing screed to give us a nice sub floor to work from. We also use hardboard and different thicknesses of flooring grade ply when covering wooden sub floors, we do this by using the correct fixings with the correct spacing's to make sure your finished floor looks great and lasts as long as possible.
